Welsh Cup

All of our clubs are out

Unfortunately, all of the clubs going into yesterday's Welsh Cup ties are out of the competition at the 2nd Round stage.
Llanidloes were unfortunatte to go down 2-0 at home to Gap Connah's Quay with two defensive mistakes making the difference. Newbridge also went down 2-0 away at Newport Civil Service and were also without fortune and ended the match with only nine men having had two sent off.
Montgomery were doing well at 3-3 midway through the second half but lost out to four late goals whilst Builth went down 5-0 at home to Taffs Well who were worthy winners against a depleted home team.
Llandrindod did the second division proud in a 2-0 away defeat at Cambrian and Clydach who top the Welsh League Prremier Division.
