THREE CLUBS APPLY TO JOIN SPAR DIVISION 2

Three clubs have applied by the deadline day of 31st December to join the Spar Division 2 for next season.
Aberdyfi FC and Machynlleth FC have applied from the Aber & District League whilst Knighton FC have applied from the Mid Wales League South.
Applicants have been advised that their entry is firstly dependant upon League position and then by possible vacancies within the existing structure.
In Knighton's case, if they finish in either of the top two positions, then promtion is automatic as their facilities are well up to Division 2 status.
In Aberdyfi and Machynlleth's cases, then the clubs will firstly look to finish in the top two with the lower placed club looking to gain entry via the vacancy system. Both clubs are believed to have adequate facilities.
