Promotion and Relegation decided

The promotion and relegation issues appear to be decided with Rhayader and Welshpool joining the League next season whilst either Berriew or Llanrhaeadr will be promoted.
Llanrhaeadr failed their final pitch inspection earlier this week but are believed to be appealing to the FAW.
Presteigne will be relegated from the 1st Division and their place will finally be taken by Montgomery who have missed out narrowly for the past couple of seasons.
No other side will be promoted as they did not meet the necessary criteria by the 30th April,2011 as per the pyrmaid regulations.
New applicants Aberdyfi, Machynlleth and Knighton will now all be able to join Division 2 for next season
