Bont cause shock

Bont caused the shock of the day in the last sixteen round of the League Cup. They gained a deserved 1-0 victory at home to Welshpool which certainly keeps their season alive.
Talgarth, also from Division 2, just failed in a 4-3 defeat at home to last years finalists Waterloo.
Carno completed a "double" over Llandrindod Wells by ddefeating them for the second week in succession with a fine 2-1 away win to move into the last eight of the competition.
Bow Street beat Knighton in a closely fought affair which was decided by a first half penalty.
Rhosgoch, who lead Division 2, won 2-0 away at Kerry and Machynlleth gained a 5-3 win at home to Presteigne who are under new management having lost several key players.
In another clsoe contest, Berriew won by the odd goal in five away at Llanfair Utd whilst Aberaeron complete the sides in the last eight after a 3-1 away win at Dyffryn Banw.
