Machynlleth in brave fight
Machynlleth were the last Spar League club to bow out of the F A Trophy after a long trip to Cwm which is near Pontypridd.
A tremendous cup run was ended after a valiant fight coming from two nil down to draw level just after half time. The home side pulled away late on to end 4-2 victors and leave the valiant visitors a long trip home.
