LLANFYLLIN GET HAMMERED AT BUILTH WELLS

On a weekend when 41 goals were scored in eight games including an incredible result at Builth Wells where visitors llanfyllin let in 15 goals without reply.
The goals came at regular intervals throughout with Ollie Woods and Greg Preece claiming 4 a piece with other goals coming from Chris Roff 2,Adam Farmer,Christian Jones,Aeron Powell,Lee James,and Ciaran Price.
Brecon Corries had a comfortable 4-1 home win over league leaders Waterloo Rovers with skipper Dale Evans scoring a first half hat trick with the other goal scored by Craig Evans.The Waterloo goal was scored by Tom Ellis.
Abermule took over at the top of the league despite being held to a home draw by visitors Hay St Marys who overcame selection difficulties to claim a point .Hay took the lead after 68 mins through Matty Tong with the Mule equaliser coming from defender Dewi Williams in the 81st minute.(Abermule forward Charlie Humphreys pictured having a snap shot saved by Hay keeper Josh Davies)
Bishops Castle continued there promising form with a 2-1 home win over llansantffraid Village.George Mellor opened the scoring for Castle after 25 minutes with Sam Jones collecting a second on 89 minutes.
Llansantffraid goal came in the last minute through Nathan Prodger.
On Friday night Knighton scored a 4-0 away victory at struggling Churchstoke with two goals each from Taylor Wozencraft and Kieran Dovey.
The West Division got off to a fine start on Friday night when a large crowd saw visitors Tywyn Bryncrug got off to a flyer with a 4-0 away win at Barmouth. The game was much closer than the scoreline suggests with two goals coming in the last minute.

Tregaron Turfs got away to a fine start with a 3-0 home win over Newcastle Emlyn with three first half goals scored by Daniel Owen2 and Ifan Jones.
There was a feisty encounter at Aberaeron where the home side scored a narrow 3-2 home victory over Dyffryn Banw with goals from Ryan Davies 2 and Llew lloyd with the Banw goals coming from Evan Davies and Gerallt Davies.
The match between Forden Utd and Montgomery in the East was postponed
