Builth Wells laid down a title marker with a 5-3 derby victory over Brecon Corries at Lant Avenie
Aeron Powell gave Builth an early lead before League leading goalscorer Greg Preece struck twice in a blistering five minute spell and completed his hat trick early in the second half.
Danny Ives saw red for the hosts following two yellow cards in quick succesion following Jordan Baker saw red for the Corries as both sides were reduced to 10 men together with another 11 yellow cards.
