After last weeks news re licensing in the WPL, Port Talbot and Haverfordwest will be relegated from that league thus giving Rhyl an unlikely reprieve.
This means that no club will be relegated from the WPL into the Cymru Alliance. With Caernarfon being unsucessful in their licensing application also, the only club that can be promoted into the WPL is Cefn Druids who need to win two of their final four matches.
If they do, then maximum number of clubs being relegated from the CA will be two in number although both are likely to be from Central Wales. This will mean that if either Knighton or Penrhyncoch are granted promotion, then only one club will be relegated from Spar Division 1.
Berriew are already champions of Division 2 so a place alongside them in Division 1 next season is being competed for by Aberystwyth Uni, Kerry or Radnor Valley. This should be decided by next weekend.
Bont have elected for relegation so places are up for grabs for promotion into Division 2 from the four feeder leagues for next season.
So much interest still remains and much to play for during the final main week of the season.
