Berriew fail in bid to displace Llanrhaeadr

Berriew failed in their bid to displace Llanrhaeadr as they werre held to a goalless draw by Dyffryn Banw last evening.
Llanidloes gained an excellent 5-0 win at home to previously unbeated Bow Street with goalkeeper Aaron Warwick on the scoresheet.
Elsewhere, Llansantffraid proved too strong for Waterloo whilst Presteigne, by all accounts, were unlucky not to have gained their first point of the season after losing 4-2 at home to Carno.

Saturday's games are very interesting with the top of the table clash taking place at Llanrhaeadr who host Berriew. Bow Street will look to bounce back at home to Builth Wells after their drubbing at the hands of Llani.
Tywyn and Llansantffraid should be a close encounter on the coast whilst Presteigne will be hoping to get off the mark against Dolgellau.
There are also two games at Neewbridge who host Waterloo with both clubs desperate for points as are last seasons champions Penparcau who will look to go on a winning run by firstly defeating Carno at the weekend.
