Crosses remain on top

After gaining a hard fought 2 all draw at Llanidloes

Four Crosses remain on top of the Spar Mid Wales League Division 1 after a hard fought two all draw away at Llanidloes. A late equaliser for the second week running maintained their lead at the top with Llanidloes remaining a point behind.
Third place remains with Aberaeron who won 2-1 away at Llansantffraid Village and they could go top next week with home advantage against Newbridge-on-Wye with the other two competing in the FAW Trophy.
Berriew are fourth after a 1-1 draw away at Builth Wellls but have played a game more than the top two.
There was a high scoring enconter at Bow Street with the home sidde winning 7-4 against Dyffrn Banw.
Tywyn Bryncrug continued their good home form with a 2-1 win over Montgomery who suffered their first loss.
Waterloo were victorious inan eight goal thriller against Newbridge, winning 5-3 whilst their town counterparts moved up the table after a 4-1 away win at Dolgellau.

In Division 2, the top of the table clash went the way of Llanfair Utd with a 1-0 victory at Llandrindod Wells.
There were two 3-3 draws at Aberdyfi and Llanfyllin where Hay and Rhosgoch were the visitors.
Abermule gained their first victory away at Knighton whilst Talgarth had a good 4-2 away win at Machynlleth.
The other match between Kerry and Bont ended in a 4-0 home win.
