Only lasts for a couple of hours

Newbridge's groundhop attendance record only lasted for a couple of hours as Llandrindod Wells' attendance for the Sunday evening fixture at home to Bont reached the 374 mark.
It was fantastic to see the manner in which the clubs had gone about their tasks of welcoming the groundhoppers and showed the level of enthusiasm still at local grass roots football levels.
The game itself was a very tight affair and ended in a 1-1 draw with both clubs looking likely to challenge for honours this season.
