Penrhyn and Llanrhaeadr through to next Round

Both Penrhyncoch and Llanrhaeadr go into Round 3 of the Welsh Cup after excellent away wins this afternoon.
Both clubs were relegated from the Cymru Alliance last season but showed their class today.
Penrhyn won 2-0 at Llanidloes who recently sacked Clive Mcnamee and were well worth their win.
Llanrhaeadr neeeded extra time to win away at Wrexham area club Brickfield Rangers by 2 goals to 1.
Both clubs will look for potentail lucrative home ties against Welsh Premier opponents in the next round.
Unfortunately, two other Spar league clubs lost away from home with Llanfair Utd being beaten 2-1 away at Gresford whilst Waterloo bowed out at Buckey Town.
