MACHYNLLETH win E R Jenkins Cup

Machynlleth won the E R Jenkins Cup final after an epic cup final by the odd goal in 9 at a rain drenched Broadway ground in Llandrindod Wells.
They took an early two goal lead but Rhosgoch fought back well before half-time to draw level at the interval.
In a ding-dong second period, Machynlleth went 4-2 and then 5-3 ahead before Rhosgoch showed their true fighting spirit with a fourth goal and pressed hard right to the final whistle.
The game was excellently controlled by referee Carwyn Jenkins (son of the donator of the cup).
