Llansantffraid Village withdraw from league

By Phil Woosnam

With only 7 days to go before the start of the season

Unfortunately, in a letter to the League Secretary earlier today, Llansantffraid Village have decided to withdraw from Division 1 of the league. It reads :
It is with regret that I now write to confirm to you that Llansantffraid Village F.C. wish to resign from the Spar League Division 1.
This course of action has been forced upon the club by a massive loss of players. I apologise for the inconviences that this will cause to you and your officers but it is a decision that the club felt was better made now than once the season was underway. In closing, i would like to take this opportunity on behalf of all at Llansantffraid to wish you all the best for the coming season.

Where next?
