League Cup tie on 6th December

The League Executive Committee have charged Knighton Town with fielding an ineligible player v Montgomery in the League Cup tie at Knighton on Saturday 6th December,2014.
The player in question is Connor Bird who has participated with Llandrindod wells in the Cymru Alliance League Cup.
This contravenes League Cup Rule 2.8 which states that " No player who has attained the age of 19 years shall play in this competition if he has already played in a cup competition of a more senior league during the present season”.
Knighton have accepted the charge and it is now in the hands of the Executive Committee to decide the outcome. This will be decided in the next week or so and more details will then be placed on this site.
